 Adult Hip Hop with Spicy Tonya: 6pm


All Tuesdays in July Cardio-Kick 6pm


Every Wednesday in July

5:00pm Chair Yoga

6:00 Boot Camp 

With Amy

All Thursdays in July Drum Fit with Rockin Jessica 6pm


All Friday's In July 

Strength Training at 9: 00am

Cardio-Kick at 10:30am 


We will be adding some Saturday and Sunday morning classes.


Drop-in fee per class is $15.00 per class.
